NEW UPDATED INFORMATION
In response to patient feedback and increasing demand, we have decided to modify our system for booking appointments. "On the day" appointments from 3rd August 2015, will only be for urgent conditions and will not necessarily be with a named doctor. This is to ensure that patients with an urgent condition get seen promptly. To help the triage process you may be asked to speak to our Duty Triage Doctor or Nurse when phoning for a same day appointment.
To accommodate this change we are going to increase the number of routine "book in advance" appointments (ie not booked for the same day). The intention is that patients will not have to wait so long for a routine appointment with the doctor of their choice.
Patients will still be unable to book appointments at the desk before 8.30 am (as has been the case since July 2014)
Please note that appointments are for one person only. If you are unable to keep your appointment contact us as soon as possible.
Appointments can be booked up to 5 weeks in advance.
We offer extended hours on Mondays - including the occasional Monday holiday and Wednesdays from 0710 am. These appointments are available to book up to 5 weeks in advance.
Note: If you have to cancel an appointment you must do so during normal working hours - ie 8 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday - as the telephone line is not operational outwith these times.
